A year ago I was diagnosed with PCOS, and like you, I felt very confused. Even though I cared about my food and exercised according to WHO recommendations, I was told to cut carbs. That created doubt, because I had been studying for years the negative effects of cutting whole food groups.

I decided to research and train so I could understand how to improve my health sustainably, without extreme diets and eating intuitively. Along the way I found many myths and a huge gap of information on PCOS.
